RETURN INFORMATION
Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. Any faulty stock (very unlikely due to our rigid quality checks) we will offer a full refund/store credit.
Your item must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for store credit/refund.

If an item is faulty please send an email to info@1963thelabel.com with evidence of fault.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered).

Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

All Australian returns will incur a flat fee of $9.99 to cover the cost of return shipping.

1963 The Label is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. For returns outside of Australia and USA, we recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with 1963 The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.
