If your item is delayed for an extended period, we recommend contacting the courier directly to open an investigation and emailing info@1963thelabel.com to allow us to help in any way we can.
As we are an Australian store. All pricing will be charged in AUD.
If you are returning an unsuitable item for an exchange/store credit the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. Should you be returning a faulty item for an exchange/store credit we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 1 year (12 months) from date of issue.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Items must be returned with all original tags, including the hygiene sticker on swimwear bottoms.
- Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

To return your item please email info@1963thelabel.com We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
1963THELABEL cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Please check your delivery and billing addresses upon checkout. If there is an error please contact us immediately via info@1963thelabel.com or directly via our contact page.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however please note that some orders cannot be adjusted if already sent. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
We are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. If you need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
Currently domestic shipping takes 2-7 business days and international shipping 3-10 business days. Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.
Please email info@1963thelabel.com or contact us directly here with your order number and photo of your order within 7 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.
